With experience in her own lifting journey, Hannah loves helping our newcomers learn the basics and achieve big strides in their first few months. She excels in her positive reinforcements while make sure that each member is getting the individualized approach to fitness.
Hannah has always been prioritize on health in fitness. In college, she even started a bootcamp class in her dorm to encourage others in school to prioritize her health!
Over the years her knowledge base has grown as she pursed different fitness passions like bodybuilding training, holistic health and sustainable nutrition!
She now wants to share all her knowledge with all of you!
